SignalRoute uses information provided by customers to deliver purchased services and respond to enquiries.

Business outreach

We may use publicly listed company website addresses and generic corporate email addresses to send a relevant, one-to-one introduction to UK corporate bodies. We do not intentionally market by email to sole traders or individual consumers without consent.

Our legitimate interest is introducing a relevant website audit service to incorporated businesses. Every message identifies SignalRoute and offers a simple way to object. Anyone who objects is placed on a permanent suppression list and is not contacted again.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold, correct it, or stop marketing, email signalroute.live@gmail.com. Replying “unsubscribe” to an outreach email is sufficient.

Retention

Unsent prospect records are reviewed regularly. Suppression records are retained so that an opted-out address is not accidentally contacted again.
