Personal Traffic Audit terms

The service

A £99 payment buys one 48-hour SaaS Conversion Audit for one public website. Submit the website immediately after Stripe confirms payment. The expected delivery time is 48 hours after a valid website is submitted.

What you receive

The audit includes a personal video, ten prioritized findings, a rewritten homepage hero, checkout-path analysis, three buyer-intent content opportunities, the Quick-Fix templates, and one follow-up question. It provides recommendations, not a guarantee of traffic, rankings, sales, revenue, or business results.

Your responsibilities

You must provide a website you own, manage, or are authorized to submit. Do not submit private systems, passwords, payment data, health information, or other sensitive information.

Cancellation and refunds

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel. If work has not started, we will normally refund the payment. If the delivered audit contains no actionable fixes, request a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Faulty or materially misdescribed services will be handled in line with your statutory rights.

Payment and submission

Stripe verifies payment and the payer email before the website submission is accepted. Keep access to the email address used at checkout. We may refuse or suspend delivery where there is fraud, payment reversal, abuse, or a security risk.
